Kyree Ella

At the end of August Danny and I were able to spend a couple weeks at my parents house, which means that we were able to spend a couple weeks with our beautiful niece Kyree!!! She is growing so fast and is the most adorable little chunk ever. We have been missing her like crazy!!

She was so determined to fit that whole toy in her mouth that we could hardly pull it away from her :)

Family Camp Out & Stitch's Wedding!

Almost everyone was able to make it home to Moses Lake so that we could all go camping together. It was so much fun and we loved it. We played in the sun, in the lake, around the campfire (well kinda..), and we went on an eight mile hike. The picture below shows how exhausted, sweaty, and happy we all were at the end.

After our wonderful camping trip, Danny and I headed back to Utah for our good friend Adam's wedding. Adam and Danny used to be roommates and have had a lot of good times together. It was so great to see him find someone that he loves so much and that he can spend eternity with. It was a beautiful wedding and we're so glad we could be there!

Tanae's Wedding!

August was another very exciting and eventful month. I was able to fly to California for Tanae and Garrett's wedding. It was so much fun and their reception and wedding ceremony were both beautiful! Thanks for letting me be a part of it!

They were married in the San Diego Temple and then took off to Orlando, Florida for their Honeymoon. Congratulations Tanae and Garrett!!!

Last Days of July 2010

Spencer and Kelly invited Danny, me, Amber, and Todd over for a big Sunday feast. It was so good and before we left we made Kelly write down every recipe that she made for us!! Unfortunately, I was so busy consuming food that this is the only picture that I got... I can't believe their youngest is so big!

We also were able to go to the 2010 Tracy Reunion this year! So many of the family was able to be there, which made it really fun. I was especially grateful because I was able to get to know so many of the Tracy's that I hadn't gotten the chance to meet or talk to yet. We had lots of fun on the water and around the campfire. I was not very good at taking pictures but I did get an awesome one of Danny's little cousin, Carson. We were so infatuated with his cuteness that every picture I took had him in it ;)

To top July off, my two best friends came to visit me!! It was so much fun to spend time together, just the three of us. It was also perfect timing because Danny had left to go work in Washington with my dad for a few weeks while I stayed and finished up the summer semester. Brianne and Marielle are the most fun and funniest friends that you could have. We had some fun sleepovers and a rowdy dinner at Texas Roadhouse. It was so awesome to get to see them and to make more memories together.

4th of July Weekend

For the Fourth of July weekend we went camping with Amber and Todd at the Diamond Fork campgrounds near Provo. It was a blast and a fun adventure!

...yes he still looks bald... and yes, he may look like a white supremacist...

For those of you who know about my very expert and stealth-like animal catching skills, you may have already guessed that there was a full-out, insane BUNNY HUNT. There were several close encounters, several dashes and dives, several near-death experiences, and .... unfortunately an unsuccessful outcome.

However, I feel that we gained some very valuable experience that is sure to lead to extreme success on our next endeavor.

Mom made a last minute visit to our campsite and went on a hike up to the hot springs with us.

Besides a bunch of bunnies, there was also a whole lot of mice running around (nasty, I know)... which led to me and Ambers' husbands turning into fierce, tomahawk throwing, mice-killers.

Overall, the camping trip was an exciting event that will not soon be forgotten.

The day after we got back Danny made the most delicious Shishkabobs ever!! They looked so beautiful that I thought I would share a picture with you.

June 2010

We finally got a new camera!! It has been way way to long

since we've had a working camera but now that we do we have been taking lots of pictures and I plan to share them with you and update our blog much more often (which shouldn't be too hard to beat...)!

Me and Isac's Birthday was on June 28th. Isac turned 19 and I turned 21. A couple days before my birthday Amber and Todd had Danny and me over for a wonderful CAFE RIO FIESTA. It was so much fun and the food was so delicious!!

I can't believe I am now 21! My birthday was so much fun and I got so many great presents from everyone. My co-workers threw me a great party at work, Amber came down to Provo and went shopping with me, some friends came over for Brownie Sundae's, I got Snorta (my new favorite game), and Danny got me a love fern!!!!

As a late birthday present I came home the next day after work and found that my husband's beautiful head of hair (see picture above) was gone and that he was practically BALD!! He said that he had been trimming his hair with a buzzer and when he was done with his head he took the longer razor blade off to trim his facial hair. However he noticed that he had missed a spot on his head and forgetting that he had taken the longer razor blade off he shaved a bald stripe in his hair and was than forced to shave the rest off. Well this is the story that he told me when I came home and started freaking out anyways...

And so went our very surprising month of June...

Baby Bergeson!

My brother and my sister-in-law had their baby last night! I can't believe Severin is a dad!!! I am so happy for them and their adorable little family. Congratulations!

It's so amazing how much you automatically love a new member of your family. I am so excited to hold my niece! It's also amazing (and a little weird) to see your brother become a parent... Severin has already been changed by his little girl. I could tell the difference as soon as I heard his voice after she was born. It's like he suddenly realizes the unconditional love and gratefulness that our mom and dad have always had for him. You think that you already understand until you have your own child and your understanding explodes (at least that's what I hear, seeing how I haven't i've never experienced it yet ;)).

Speaking to Haley made my eyes tear up. It's so wonderful that Severin has such an amazing eternal companion to be the mother and teacher of his children. I am so grateful for her. She is a wonderful example to me. It will be so great to see her as a mom.

I am also so grateful for Severin. He has always been my example, the best big brother, and a person that I have always been able to look up to no matter what. I don't know how he has lived the way that he has, except for his strength, faith, and love. Now I will be able to watch his example as a parent-- i know he will be the perfect dad for Baby Bergeson.

I love you guys and I am so happy for you! I can't wait to meet your little, dark-haired girl!
